How payment works

This website does not take payments. For each project, we agree the price and the payment schedule with you in writing before work starts. The written agreement lists what each payment covers.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, app store fees, payment gateway charges and SMS, WhatsApp or other API costs are paid to those providers, either by you directly or through us if we agree that in writing. Refunds for these follow each provider's own policy.

Refunds

Refund terms are set out in the written agreement for each project. If a project stops early, we will tell you clearly which completed work your payments covered.
