About these terms

These terms cover your use of webdvlpr.online and the general basis on which WebDvlpr Studio takes on projects. Each project also has its own written scope, which we agree with you before work starts. If the written scope and these terms differ, the written scope applies.

Prices on this website

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for basic packages. The final cost depends on project size and complexity. We confirm the price in writing before work starts.

Domain, hosting, payment gateway, app store fees, SMS, WhatsApp and other paid API or third-party costs are extra if your project needs them.

Scope and changes

We build what is in the agreed scope. Work outside that scope, or changes after a stage is approved, may be quoted separately. We always tell you the cost before doing extra work.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and for having the right to use them.

Ownership

Ownership of the code, design files and domain is set out in the written scope for each project.

Third-party services

Your project may rely on services run by other companies, such as hosting, app stores, payment gateways and messaging APIs. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
